When soldier Shaun Emery’s (Turner) conviction for a murder in Afghanistan is overturned because of flawed video evidence, he returns to life as a free man with his young daughter. But when damning CCTV footage from a night out in London comes to light, Shaun’s life takes a shocking turn and he must soon fight for his freedom once again.

The ‘Animals’ stars talk about their buzzy friendship drama, finding meaning in life and party panic.

Dubbed ‘“Withnail and I” with girls’ by Caitlin Moran, Emma Jane Unsworth’s novel ‘Animals’ was published in 2014. Now she has adapted it for a film directed by Sophie Hyde (‘52 Tuesdays’) featuring Alia Shawkat as debonair rebel Tyler and Holliday Grainger as sidetracked writer Laura. Powered by MDMA (smashed-up cola Chupa Chups), cocaine (icing sugar) and gallons of white wine (apple juice), their combined energy captures the euphoria of wild nights out in Dublin, the repetitive nature of a lifestyle of coming up and coming down, and the private desires that can drive even the closest friends apart.

Holly made a new appearance alongside Ruta Gedmintas and Luke Treadaway! She wore a black suit jacket with gold pocket details, denim cut out jeans and a white t-shirt with the slogan love more which you can buy here. The outfit was paired with a quilted gold star mini black cross body bag by Stella McCartney and black low cut boots with a silver detail. Enjoy!

HAVE you ever, I ask Holliday Grainger, flashed a pianist in real life?

“Flashed a what?” the woman sitting opposite me in a suite in a London hotel asks, sounding maybe ever so slightly horrified.

“A pianist,” I repeat.

“Oh, a pianist.” She looks relieved. “Have I ever flashed a pianist? Nope, I don’t think I ever have. I’ve never flashed a pianist.”

She pauses, has a think and then adds: “I might have flashed a guitarist.”

Holliday Grainger is a 31-year-old actress with cheekbones, a Manchester accent, a full-throated laugh and a career that has already has the kind of sustain The Pixies’ Joey Santiago regularly coaxes out of his Les Paul guitar.

Drink, drugs and general debauchery infuse their days while their careers and lives remain on hold.
